After several months of conversations with the Cathedral Park community, the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) has made progress towards addressing PCB soil contamination and protecting community health. As part of the North Bradford Street Cleanup Project, staff of Oregon DEQ, the Oregon Health Authority, and the City of Portland engaged with community members in the park for a three-day soil sampling and cleanup event.
