- Cancellation by July 7 at 5 p.m. Eastern is subject to a $35 fee. Non-emergency cancellation after that time is non-refundable.
Hotel
The ECOS room block at the St. Julien Hotel is now closed. If you are unable to secure a room at the hotel, contact Lily Schneider of ECOS to be added to the ECOS waiting list. Please also contact Lily before canceling any rooms so that she can arrange a transfer to the next ECOS attendee on the waiting list.
Call 720-406-9696 and mention the “Environmental Council of the States 2023 Fall Meeting” to reserve a room at the St. Julien Hotel at the special ECOS group rate of $279 per night, plus applicable taxes.
- The ECOS reservation cutoff is August 7. Reservations received after this date, or after the block is filled, are subject to prevailing rates and availability.
- The ECOS room block covers the nights of August 27, 28 and 29. The special ECOS group rate is available three days post and prior on a space-available basis.
- The cancellation policy is noon local time, 24 hours prior to the day of arrival. Cancellations after this time will be subject to a fee of one night’s room and tax.
- Check-in time is 3 p.m., and checkout time is 11 a.m local time.
- The ECOS rate for valet parking is $15/day or $28/overnight, subject to change.
- Self-parking is currently $1.25/hour for the first 4 hours, and $2.50/hour thereafter.
Travel
Denver International Airport is located approximately 38 miles and 45-50 minutes from the St. Julien Hotel.
The methods of transportation to and from the airport include:
- Taxi: Transportation to Boulder has a one-way, flat-rate charge of $114.
- Uber/Lyft: Transportation to Boulder costs $60-150, not including gratuity. Depending on time of day, traffic, car size, and inclement weather, the price may be higher.
- Passengers requesting rides from the airport should follow signs for ground transportation and exit the terminal through doors 506-510 (west side) and 507-511 (east side) on Level 5 near baggage claim and proceed to Island 5 to meet their driver.
- Town Car: The Concierge Team at the St. Julien Hotel would be happy to arrange a town car for attendees. The estimated cost for 1-3 passengers is $140 (all-inclusive to include the transfer, toll charges, and gratuity) each way. For up to 7 passengers, an SUV is $185.00 (all-inclusive) each way.
- Rideshare: ECOS staff are operating a rideshare database to help connect attendees who are arriving or departing from DIA at similar times. If you are interested in sharing a ride to/from the airport, please send your flight arrival and departure information to Lily Schneider.
