Last week, the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality released a training video on Effective Remote Work Communication Behaviors to give employees tools for communicating effectively and building relationships in a remote work environment. Arizona notes that teleworking can help reduce traffic congestion and its air quality impacts, and that working from home can reduce exhaust emissions produced by typical commutes. However, working remotely comes with its own set of challenges, with communication at the top of the list.
