PFAS Prevention Model Legislation

Provides a menu of alternatives to PFAS added products based on the particular needs of a jurisdiction with the goal of adopting consistent legislation and participating in regional or national clearinghouses to decrease costs on the regulated community, increase enforceability of requirements, and decrease implementation costs of PFAS products legislation.
