The Texas Commission of Environmental Quality is calling for proposals for New Technology Implementation Grants (NTIGs). The NTIG program provides grants to assist in the implementation of new technologies to reduce emissions of regulated pollutants from point sources. It is part of the Texas Emissions Reduction Plan, and provides up to $3.5 million in grants for eligible individuals and businesses that build, own, and operate new technologies to reduce emissions from point sources or store electricity related to renewable energy.
NTIG offers three eligible project categories, including Advanced Clean Energy, New Technology, and Electricity Storage.
