ECOS periodically adopts resolutions to document policy determinations agreed upon by its members. Although all resolutions are available on ECOS’ website, this Green Report serves as the first platform for which they are all summarized in one document and allows the reader to view in a single place the range of issues with which state environmental leaders are engaged through ECOS.
