The Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) announced early this week the 2016 Watershed Conference. The conference theme, A Fluid Mosaic: The Big Picture of Watersheds, reflects the inclusiveness necessary to foster successful community partnerships and work together toward a common goal.
The conference will offer presentations on water quality, data collection, and innovation as well as exhibitions, and will bring together conservation practitioners, water quality specialists, planners, and the public.
