Q&A
The following is a summary of prospective bidders’ questions and their corresponding answers. Please note: some bidder questions were rephrased, with minimal to no changes in meaning.
- What is the anticipated annual fee paid to the contractor? Answer: ECOS chooses not to share a specific compensation range for this work and prefers that bidders provide their best assessment of the resources needed to do the work.
- Is it required that the contractor be available full time? Answer: The EN Coordinator role requires a full-time level of effort, and work may occasionally be required outside regular business hours.
- Is there flexibility in work hours? Answer: The role can accommodate some flexibility in hours (exclusive of required meetings), with the expectation that the coordinator be available to respond timely to communications. The coordinator will be communicating with partners from multiple US time zones.
- Can proposals be submitted by a company or organization, rather than an individual? Answer: Either is acceptable.
