Next week, the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality will host a webinar educating stakeholders on its Air Regulatory Efficiency and Streamlining Effort (EASE), which allows staff to develop recommendations to streamline existing air regulations and establish permitting guidance that assists the regulated community.
The webinar is part of a series of discussions ADEQ is holding with the regulated community with the goal of initiating a regulatory package with the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission that streamlines regulation while satisfying Clean Air Act requirements.
