ECOS again presented its State Program Innovation Awards at its 2019 Fall Meeting in Seattle, Washington. States submitted excellent video nominations showcasing the results of innovative programs and approaches. Videos appeared in two categories: Air, Water, Waste, & Emergency Response, and Cross-Media, Data, Permitting, & Agency Management. ECOS Fall Meeting attendees voted for the best innovation in each category.
Congratulations to the following state winners: West Virginia Muddy Creek Restoration Project, Wyoming Oil & Gas Emission Reductions, Texas Environmental Internship Program, and Indiana Stormwater ePortal.
