The DC Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE) has announced that DCSolarStories, an eight-part documentary series featuring one of its initiatives, is up for an Emmy Award. The series is one of eight nominees in the Public/Community Affairs Feature/Segment/Series category. The series follows DOEE as it partners with local organizations to achieve Mayor Muriel Bowser’s Solar for All target to provide 100,000 low- to moderate-income families with solar energy.
