The ECOS Special Recognition Award is given annually by the ECOS President to an ECOS Member agency staff member, whose dedication and contributions over a sustained period of time led to the meaningful advancement of an ECOS priority during his or her tenure as President. In its inaugural year of 2015, the Award recipients were selected by the ECOS Officers. In subsequent years, nominations are sought from ECOS Members with the Officers selecting.
