Taylor Voelkel is a Project Manager for the Interstate Technology and Regulatory Council (ITRC). Taylor comes from an Academic and Administrative background, having worked at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health as an Academic Program Administrator for their Department of Environmental Health and Engineering where she gained experience in project management and administration. She also received her Masters degree in Environmental Health from the Bloomberg School of Public Health.
