ECOS joined twenty-eight other organizations in a letter to U.S. House and Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies’ leadership to urge congressional appropriators to support full funding of the Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds (SRFs) at congressionally authorized levels of $3.25 billion for each program.
