ECOS Letter to US EPA on FY 2019 Budget Priorities

On September 5th, ECOS submitted a letter to U.S. EPA Chief Financial Officer David Bloom detailing their suggestions for the Agency’s Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 budget priorities. EPA is developing its FY19 budget proposal over the coming months, with a draft due to the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) September 11. Traditionally OMB then works with agencies to issue the President’s proposed budget in February for the forthcoming fiscal year. EPA’s draft FY 2019-2023 Strategic Plan is also due to OMB on September 11, and a public comment period will follow. ECOS will be engaged in that process.
