Letter to U.S. EPA and Army Corps on Revised Definition of “Waters of the United States” Comment Extension

ECOS, the Association of Clean Water Administrators, the Association of State Wetlands Managers, and the Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies submitted a joint letter to U.S. EPA and the Army Corps of Engineers requesting an extension of the comment period on the proposed rule “Revised Definition of ‘Waters of the United States.'”
