Resolution 07-5: Supporting the Use of Business Process Improvement in Environmental Programs

In this resolution, ECOS endorses a continued effort by states and U.S. EPA to apply business process improvement techniques; encourages providing sufficient resources to perform business process improvement techniques; and supports interagency collaboration on these efforts.
