This joint letter (ECOS, ACWA, ASDWA, CIFA, GWPC) shares the associations’ perspectives and concerns on the continuous efforts to support the nation’s water and wastewater infrastructure. This letter calls for Congress to consider the re authorization and funding of state SRF programs. It also calls for further coordination among the states, EPA, water utilities, and other stakeholders.
