Draft FY 2018 U.S. EPA Regions-to-Headquarters Performance Commitments

These draft commitments are for specific performance measures associated with the final FY 2018-2019 National Program Manager Guidances released in September 2017. The draft commitments reflect state performance contributions to these measures. Regional reports to EPA headquarters include individual draft state performance contributions, where available. Only measures negotiated between EPA headquarters and regions appear (non-commitment indicators without targets do not appear). States are encouraged to provide input to their EPA regional office by Friday, December 15, 2017.

The NPM Guidances, along with the schedule for finalizing commitments, can be found on EPA’s NPM Guidance website at https://www.epa.gov/planandbudget/national-program-manager-guidances. Note, the reports do not include draft commitments for the Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance (OECA) measures. Those commitments will be made at a later date.
