Hotel
Attendees should make their own room reservations at The Mayflower Hotel either online or by calling 877-212-5752 from 9:00 AM-8:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday. The special ECOS group rate is available until June 29, or sellout of the room block, whichever is sooner. ECOS’ room rate is $179, plus applicable taxes (currently 14.5%) and fees in effect at the time of checkout. ECOS room nights include July 20 and 21, with limited additional nights available on July 19, 22, and 23.
***Any guaranteed reservation cancelled after 6PM on the date of arrival will be subject to a one night room and tax cancellation fee.
