Hotel
Attendees should make their own room reservations online at the Snow King Resort. When using the link, please note that Policies listed on the first reservation page DO apply to ECOS but that Terms & Conditions listed on a subsequent page DO NOT apply. The special ECOS group rates are available until August 9 or sellout of the room block, whichever is sooner. ECOS room rates are $199 and $289 (see room type descriptions at above link), plus applicable taxes and fees in effect at the time of checkout. ECOS recommends that those seeking the $199 rate reserve without delay. ECOS room nights include September 10, 11, and 12, with limited availability on the nights of September 13 and 14. Check-in time is 4 pm, and checkout time is 12 pm.
In addition to the rates above, there will be a $30 per night resort fee, subject to applicable taxes (currently 8%). The resort fee covers expenses such as Wi-Fi and a round trip Jackson Hole Airport shuttle. There is an additional parking fee of $10 per car per night should you choose to drive instead of taking the shuttle.
***A deposit equal to one night’s room, tax, and resort fee will be due with each room reservation. The remaining balance will be not be charged 30 days prior to arrival as previously indicated and will instead be charged upon room checkout (or on the date that room checkout would have occurred). Any full or partial cancellation within 30 days of arrival will be nonrefundable. ***However, in the event of a needed cancellation, please email Lia Parisien (lparisien@ecos.org), who will attempt to arrange a room transfer to the next person on her waiting list in order to secure a full refund of your reservation.

OVERFLOW MOTEL: Due to the expiration of the room block at Snow King Resort, ECOS has secured a small block of overflow rooms at the the new Mountain Modern Motel (mountainmodernmotel.com), located within walking distance (1.2 miles) of Snow King Resort. Ground Transportation
The nearest airport is Jackson Hole Airport, located 16 minutes (9.5 miles) from Snow King Resort. The hotel’s resort fee includes complimentary round trip Jackson Hole Airport shuttle service. Advance reservations must be made as early as 2 weeks and as late as 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. To book the shuttle from the airport to Snow King Resort, call guest services at 307-733-5200 with your flight information. You can book the return shuttle at hotel check-in.
