Agenda
IMPORTANT ROOM CHANGE NOTE: Since printing of the agenda, we’ve outgrown our meeting space and thus are moving the April 6 & 7 general sessions and State-U.S. EPA Roundtable to the Grand Ballroom on the lobby level, registration to the Grand Foyer on the lobby level, and lunches to the District Ballroom on the lower level. All other room assignments remain unchanged. The Palm Court Ballroom is on the lobby level, and the Rhode Island and New Hampshire Rooms are on the second floor.
IMPORTANT: The event is open to all attendees on April 6 and 7. APRIL 5 & 8 STATES-ONLY PROGRAMMING: ECOS members and their staff should also plan to attend an E-Enterprise Engagement at 3:30-5 p.m. and a states-only dinner at 6-9 p.m. on April 5, as well as states-only sessions 8 a.m. – noon and a new member orientation involving officers, new members, and alumni at 12:30 – 2:30 p.m on April 8. Please contact Megan Swanson of ECOS for the April 5 & 8 program. Attendees departing on April 8 should allow extra travel time to Reagan National Airport, as the Cherry Blossom Parade that morning could affect traffic.
