Meeting App
In lieu of paper agendas, ECOS will again use the mobile meeting app Guidebook at the Spring Meeting. The personalized app will feature the agenda, live polls, and more. Make sure to download the app to participate in live polls during select sessions and receive the most up-to-date information.
If you already have the app downloaded, click on “Find Guides” and search for “2019 ECOS Spring Meeting.” For questions about the Guidebook app, email Megan Swanson. Don’t worry if you are not a technology whiz, ECOS staff will be available at the meeting to assist you with the app. The meeting agenda and other information will still be posted here on the ECOS Spring Meeting webpage should you choose to print your materials.

Add $75 for registration 3/2-3/29. Add $50 more after 3/29.
Important Notes
Cancellation by 3/1 subject to $35 fee. Non-emergency cancellation after 3/1 non-refundable.
***ECOS cannot comp attendees who plan to attend one session only, unless they are speakers for that session.
Hotel
The ECOS room block at the Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel has expired. Check-in time is 3 p.m. and checkout time is noon. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid charges.
Ground Transportation
The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to and from Ronald Reagan National Airport. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes between 5 a.m. and 11 p.m. Pickup and drop-off at Terminal A (hotel shuttle area), Terminal B, and Terminal C. For any shuttle-related questions, call (703) 413-1300. Self-parking is also available at the hotel for $22/day.
