The ECOS Fall Meeting is nearing capacity. If you still need to register, please contact Lily Schneider to see if there is space available.
By July 19 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern:

- $775 federal/dues-paying Alumni Association

Add $75 for registration 7/20-8/9. Add $50 more after 8/9.
- Please note that attendees registering after August 9 may be seated in an overflow area for lunches, but will be welcome to stand at the back of the lunch ballroom during the keynotes.
Unless a purchase order is provided, all amounts must be paid in full by 8/30!
- Cancellation by 7/19 is subject to a $75 fee.
- Non-emergency cancellation after 7/19 is non-refundable.

- The ECOS reservation cutoff at Hotel Viking is August 5 at 5 p.m. Eastern. Reservations received after this date, or after the block is filled, are subject to prevailing rates and availability.
- The ECOS room block covers the nights of September 3, 4, and 5. The special ECOS group rate is also available 3 days pre- and post-meeting (excluding Friday & Saturday), based on hotel availability.
- Cancellation is required no less than 8 days prior to the scheduled arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the full stay.
- Check-in time is 4 p.m., and checkout time is 11 a.m.
Transportation
The drive to the hotel from the Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport is about 35-40 minutes and rideshare fare is likely to be in the $60-70 range. Please contact Lily Schneider if you’re interested in ride sharing.
