Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) staff volunteered this week to pick up trash as part of the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Adopt a Highway program. ADOT’s volunteer program provides a multi-million dollar labor value to Arizona taxpayers and, through its partnership with Keep Arizona Beautiful, strives to keep highways litter-free.
