Following the adoption of U.S. EPA’s Electronic Reporting Rule last December, the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) is providing free training classes this summer across the state to assist regulated entities. The ADEQ training classes, while help participants comply with the rule as they learn how to access and enter data and sign and submit DMRs electronically.
Under the Electronic Reporting Rule, starting December 21, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permittees must enroll and submit information electronically including discharge monitoring reports (DMRs), notices of intent to discharge and program reports.
