The Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) recently updated its Coastal Access Guide to allow users to explore the state’s shore and search for coastal access sites via a map-based user-interface. The map clearly marks the public facilities, things to do, and environmental settings of sites and allows users to view DEEP-owned properties.
The new guide will serve as a helpful resource to assist both residents and visitors in exploring the coastlines.
