The ECOS Innovation and Productivity Committee is now accepting applications for the second round of a skills exchange program to build state capacity for business process improvement (BPI) project implementation. The program will pair key experienced state lean staff with less experienced state programs for an intensive in-person staff detail to facilitate peer-to-peer lean knowledge and skills transfer. Six states participated in the first iteration of this program, and their experiences are detailed in a June ECOS Green Report.
If you are interested in participating in a state-to-state Business Process Improvement (BPI) skills exchange as either an experienced BPI state staff or as a state environmental agency or office interested in building its BPI capacity, please download and complete the application form at the following link:

Please send completed forms to Owen McAleer at omcaleer@ecos.org. Forms received by Friday, October 20, 2017 will be reviewed by the ECOS Innovation and Production Committee leadership. Applications received after that date are welcome and may be considered for future iterations of this program.
