The New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) Air Quality Bureau has introduced an outreach booklet for kids on ozone issues in New Mexico. Whispurr and Muttley, Air Detectives features two furry friends who together explore ozone issues and simple steps the public can take to reduce ozone pollution. In addition to the booklet, NMED’s Just for Kids page includes puzzles and games for kids to test their knowledge of pollution and air quality.
