The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (Ohio EPA) recently shared a video on a school’s recycling program to highlight recycling and the agency’s School Recycling Program Toolkit.
Recycling efforts are just one of the topics tackled by Ohio EPA’s recently-created Office of Environmental Innovation. The office’s goal is to improve the lives of Ohioans by working with local, regional, state, federal, business, and agriculture partners to implement waste reduction, reuse, and recycling efforts. This includes overseeing everything from the Ohio Materials Marketplace to conducting a statewide waste characterization study as part of a Solid Waste Infrastructure for Recycling grant.
