Ohio Merges Offices to Support Environmental Compliance

In April, Craig Butler, Director of the Ohio EPA, announced his intent to create a “one-stop shop” for customers seeking support with environmental compliance by merging the agency’s Office of Compliance Assistance and Pollution Prevention with the Division of Environmental and Financial Assistance. The result, which has recently been rolled out, is the Division of Environmental and Financial Assistance, which helps businesses and communities to assess operations, develop and finance programs, and comply with federal and state regulations.
