The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) held a conference this week to help businesses understand environmental regulations and navigate permitting and reporting processes. The conference demonstrated Ohio EPA’s commitment to assisting businesses, communities, and environmental professionals with their environmental compliance needs, even during the pandemic.
With sessions focused on compliance with air, waste, and water regulations, this virtual conference provided: updates from Ohio EPA Division Chiefs on program priorities and compliance tactics; interactive regulatory presentations and panel discussions with Ohio EPA’s inspectors, permit writers, and management; opportunities to earn Continuing Education Credits; opportunities to meet virtually with compliance staff for Q&A; and a chance to converse with peers, industry leaders, and stakeholders.
