This week, Ohio Environmental Protection Agency Director Laurie Stevenson visited the Ford Motor Company’s Ohio Assembly plant (OHAP) in Lorain County to award the facility for its gold standard of environmental excellence and stewardship through the Ohio Encouraging Environmental Excellence (E3) program. OHAP was recognized for reducing carbon dioxide emissions and paint sludge, and increasing water efficiency.
