State Innovation Video 2023: Rhode Island ‘5C’ Employee Engagement Week
Every year, DEM holds “5C Week” with themed days that offer a chance for DEM employees to reconnect with one another and DEM’s mission, help community organizations in need, and create a more positive workplace. DEM says that listening, learning, and gaining an understanding of others’ functions and challenges unifies the whole, re-energizing them to protect, restore, and celebrate the environment.
