State Innovation Video 2024: Missouri ‘Welcome MAT’ Onboarding & Mentorship Program
This program provides new team members with opportunitites to build relationships with staff and build their careers at the agencies. New staff is assigned a welcome MAT representative to meet with every month for the first year, to answer questions, and hopefully reduce stress and anxiety as they get acclimated.
