In an effort to assist small businesses, local governments, and independent school districts in complying with environmental regulations, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Small Business and Local Government Assistance section created EnviroMentor.
EnviroMentor is a program through which qualified professionals with technical or legal expertise on environmental issues volunteer to provide confidential assistance to community members who need help complying with state environmental rules.
