The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality produces videos to spread the word about conserving water, keeping the air and water clean, and reducing waste. Usually, the agency has a celebrity spokesperson. This year, the celebrity is everyday Texans pledging to do their part to “Take Care of Texas.”
