This toolkit is a summary of tools to assist schools in reducing, donating, and recycling surplus food to avoid waste, provide an avenue for connecting food to people, and promote healthy soils. The kit contains information and resources to help administrators, educators, and staff plan curricula and policies for their students to learn about and engage in environmentally sound approaches to daily living.
